RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
RETURNS/WARRANTY
1. Sid Boedeker Safety Shoe Service warrants all footwear sold to corporate accounts against manufacturer defects for a period of six months (180 days) from purchase date
2. After six months from purchase date, Sid Boedeker Safety Shoes will prorate a credit on any manufacturers defect at a declining rate of 10% per month of ownership
a. 6 months-50%, 7 months 40%, 8 months 30%, etc.
b. This is for manufacturing defects only
3. The warranty shall only cover manufacturing defects in footwear.
a. Excessive wear, misuse, wear and tear, and damage shall not be covered under this warranty
4. Select styles offer a 30-day comfort guarantee
a. These include Hytest Footrests, Wolverine Multishocks, Durashocks, and EPX styles
b. 30-day comfort guarantee returns are one-time per purchase and do not extend upon initial replacement
5. Returns for fit or comfort must be within 30 days of original purchase and footwear must be in like new/unworn condition
a. We recommend all customers try on footwear in store and allow staff to properly size them to avoid fit issues
b. We further recommend that customers try on footwear for an extended period in a dry, clean, indoor environment prior to wearing them at work
6. The warranty and return periods shall start immediately upon purchase, regardless of when the customer has started to wear the shoes
a. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case by case basis by management staff of Sid Boedeker if the style is still in line and it is apparent that the footwear has seen minimal use
7. Warranty requests denied by in store or truck staff may be reviewed by contacting your account sales representative or management of Sid Boedeker Safety Shoe Service
8. This Warranty Policy may be altered by your corporate contract, please contact your Sales Representative if you have questions or concerns regarding this policy
